Fuse Boards

Replacement Fuseboards

A Fuse Board is commonly known to most people within the UK as a Fuse Box, Consumer Unit or Consumer Board.

A fuse board replacement can usually be carried out in less than half a day depending on the level of complexity to the existing wiring arrangements and the number of circuits.

Cost Effective Solutions

We are happy to advise on the most cost effective means of complying with Regulations.

Fuse board replacements can only be Certified by a Part P Registered Electrician.

A rewire or fuse board change must be notified to the Local Authority Building Control and the Building Inspector would normally need to come out to inspect the work. The current charge for this visit is £252. As we are fully qualified , we are entrusted to certify our own rewires, so a visit from the Building Inspector won't be needed. We notify Building Control who will then automatically send you a Certificate of Compliance free of charge.

Accredited Electricians

All of our electricians are Part P Registered, highly experienced and fully qualified to the 17th Edition Regulations and also accredited by the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting).

All works are carried out to the highest standards in accordance with current building regulations and are covered by an NICEIC-Backed Warranty.
